New York, New York!!

It was a cold, cold week, but my mom, sister and I enjoyed our time in New York City! We were able to spend 4 full days touring the city and taking it all in. It was really good to see all of it! Here is our trip in pictures:
On Friday, we headed to the financial district. Our first stop was Ground Zero. We couldn't see much since there was construction everywhere, but we still looked around.

Next, we found the charging bull. There were two huge groups there snapping pictures, but I jumped in while I could!

After that, we took the ferry out to Liberty Island (home of the Statue of Liberty). It was great to get to see Lady Liberty up close and personal! We got the monument passes so we enjoyed learning all about the statue and going to the top of the pedestal.

That night, we walked around Times Square and then headed to Rockefeller Plaza to see the big tree. I think it's a good way to get into the holiday spirit!

Saturday: In the morning, we went to the top of Rockefeller Center to get some great views of the city. Here's Central Park and Upper Manhattan.

Here's Lower Manhattan as seen from Top of the Rock. We had a great view of the Empire State Building.

Later that day, we on a carriage ride through Central Park.

That night, we went back to the top of Rockefeller Center so we could see the city at night. Here's our crew!

Sunday: It was quite rainy on Sunday, but we still went out to conquer the city! After standing in the TKTS line (50% off tickets!!), we headed to see Mary Poppins on Broadway! It was such an amazing show! I definitely recommend it to anyone!

Monday: On our final full day in NYC, we headed through the Lincoln Tunnel to Hobeken, New Jersey...home of Carlo's Bake Shop. For those of you that don't know, this bakery is featured on TLC's Cake Boss.

I had to try some cannoli...and it was amazing!!

After a little stop in Chinatown, I wanted to take my fam to Koreatown. This little area took me back to Korea and made me really excited! Our first stop was a noraebang...I was super pumped to show my sister and mom this Korean pastime!

That concludes the highlights of our trip. It was so much fun and we got to see a lot! If you want to see more pictures, you can look on my photo site, but I didn't want to bore you too much on here! Until next time...
